Endovascular management of abdominal wall hematomas (AWHs) is now the primary treatment option in hemodynamically stable patients, and it often preferred to surgical interventions. The purpose this multicentric study was assess safety, technical, clinical success percutaneous transarterial embolization (PTAE) spontaneous AWHs evaluate efficacy blind or empiric compared targeted compare outcome endovascular approach patients affected by COVID-19 non-COVID-19 patients.
